Terms & Conditions
Welcome to MART Drive (“MART Drive”, “we”, “the Service”). MART Drive is a web application that lets you store files in your own Google Drive, organize them, share them with teams and organizations, and keep notes and links. By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be old enough to use Google services in your country and provide accurate information.
2. What the Service does
- Uploads the files you choose to your Google Drive using the limited drive.file permission, so MART Drive can only access files created through the app.
- Stores folder names, notes, saved links and organization membership in Google Firebase (Firestore).
- Lets you invite members to an organization. Members you add can view, comment on and edit that organization’s files, notes and links.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or save. You grant MART Drive only the permission needed to operate the Service for you, such as storing, displaying and sharing your content as you instruct. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and share.
4. Organizations and sharing
Organization owners control membership. When you add a member, you allow them to access and edit the organization’s content, and you are responsible for who you invite. Files you share may also be shared through Google Drive permissions and links, which are governed by Google’s own terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- upload or share unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive or malicious content (including malware);
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or disrupt the Service;
- violate the rights or privacy of others, or send spam;
- break the Google Terms of Service or the Google APIs Terms of Service.
We may suspend or restrict access if these rules are broken.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google (Sign-In, Drive, Firebase, Fonts) and a link-preview provider. Their availability and terms apply to the parts of the Service they provide.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. You should keep your own backups of important files.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MART Drive is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out, deleting your content, and revoking MART Drive’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may end or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
