Organizations & teams
Create an organization with one or more owners, add members by email or invite link, and choose whether join requests are approved automatically or by an owner. Everyone in it can view, comment on and edit the shared files, notes and links.

How MART Drive uses your Google data
We keep this simple and transparent.
- Your profile: your name, email address and profile photo are used only to sign you in, show who you are, and match you to organizations you belong to.
- Google Drive access: MART Drive requests the limited drive.file permission. It can only create and manage files that you upload through MART Drive. It cannot see or change the rest of your Google Drive. It also reads your Drive storage quota (used and free space) so it can show you how much space is left.
- App data: folder names, notes, saved links, sharing details, organization membership and join requests are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) so they sync across your devices. Organization logos you upload are hosted on ImgBB.
- Your control: we never sell your data or use it for advertising. You can delete items in the app and revoke access any time from your Google Account permissions.
