Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information MART Drive (“we”, “the Service”) collects when you use our cloud storage and team workspace web app, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information we access

2. How we use information

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We do not allow humans to read your Google user data except with your consent, for security or abuse investigation, or to comply with law.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

MART Drive’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.

4. Sharing

5. Storage, security and retention

File contents are stored in your Google Drive. App data is stored in Firebase and protected by access rules so that only you, and members of your organizations, can read it. Your browser stores a sign-in session and a temporary Drive access token (valid about one hour) in local storage. We keep app data until you delete it or the organization is deleted. Deleting an item in the app removes its record; deleting forever also removes the file from Drive when you uploaded it.

6. Your choices and rights

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
